Event 2020 - using poolmon.exe to troubleshoot
We have a server running Win 2003 R2 Enterprise SP2. Recently the system
start to giving us problem, application failed to access the system (thru
Webdav). Checked the event viewer and we found error with event ID 2020:
The server was unable to allocate from the system paged pool because the
pool was empty.
Thinking it could caused by memory leak, we are following this KB for
diagnosis but currently facing problem below:
At the edit registry part, our GlobalFlags current value is 0x00000000(0).
But since it said pool tagging in Windows Server 2003 as it is enabled by
default and permanently, does it means I can ignore the value of gflags?
At using Poolmon info collection, we cannot find Console under Control
Panel which told in step 1.
